Please use our reservation calendar to check the availability of Sunny Shade for your special
event or vacation. Sunny Shade includes two buildings, Sunny Maple (House nearest the lake) and Shady Oak
(Cottage up on the hill.) Dates highlighted in yellow have already been reserved and are no longer available.
All rates and fees are quoted in US Dollars. Please note: a 4% Yates County Bed Tax
will be collected with your final payment.

Sunny Shade 2012 Rates
Pre Season: May 11 - June 23
$3200 per week / $575 per day with 2 night minimum
Peak Season: June 23 - September 9
$5400 per week - weekly rental only
Post Season: September 9 - October 28
$3200 per week / $575 per day with 2 night minimum
Sunny Shade Fees
Mandatory Cleaning Fee: $230
Non-refundable Dog Fee: $50 per dog
