Sunny Shade Amenities

At Sunny Shade we make every effort to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible by providing the following comforts of home. We are dog-friendly and will accommodate up to 4 furry friends, 2 per residence.

Sunny Shade

Sunny Shade consists of two residences, Sunny Maple (the contemporary house on the lake) and Shady Oak (the charming cottage up on the hill.)

Sunny Maple

The House on the Lake sleeps 8 adults

• There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor:
  -- Bedroom 1 has a King-size Bed with a Select Comfort mattress
  -- Bedroom 2 has a King-size Bed
  -- Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size Bed
• There is a pull-out, double sleeper sofa in the living room
• There are two full-bathrooms, one on each level. Upper bathroom has both tub and shower.

Shady Oak

The Cottage on the Hill sleeps 8 adults

• There are 3 bedrooms:
  -- Bedroom 1 on the first floor, has a single day bed with single trundle
  -- Bedroom 2 on the second floor, has a Queen-size Bed
  -- Bedroom 3 on the second floor, has a twin-over-double bunk bed
• There is a pull-out, double sleeper sofa in the living room
• There is one full-bathroom, which has both tub and shower.
